Hills, Hail, and Derby Delight: Crushing State #24 at Louisville Marathon

John Shangin completed the Louisville Kentucky Marathon at Beckley Creek Park, facing a chilly start of 44 degrees and hilly terrain. He maintained a strong pace despite rain beginning at mile 14, which kept him cool. He enjoyed Derby Pie at the finish, marking his 30th marathon in his 24th state, with a time of 4:10:06.
