Linc Stokes(MM10592) – Marine Corps Marathon #11 and Marathon #26 in the books!

Katina Green(HF12236, MM155380, DA3564)– Belated #MedalMonday, since I’ve been out of the loop on posting. Mission Accomplished (another 26.2 miles in the books) after persevering through the 50th Annual Marine Corps Marathon (MCM) on Sunday, 26 October. It was my 10th anniversary from when I initially completed the race. The course was very trying since I did not train and ended up having to spend a considerable time at the medical tent during mile 17. My entire lower body was giving out and the medic actually said that my left calf was collapsing. At that point, I was prepared to take a DNF. The medic ended up working on me for at least 30 minutes, and to my surprise and the rest of the staff, I was able to take off running again. I started crashing again around mile 21, but was able to walk and waddle my way through the remainder of the course (even beating the cut off times for the gauntlets), and ultimately finishing. I ended up at the medical tent afterwards, but the tough part was done! Half Fanatic/Marathon Maniac

Bob Stepp(MM8128, DA1902, HF13068) – Nice day. I get to post on medal 🥇 Monday. BCS Oktoberfest 1/2

Before hitting the starting line, we always try to snap a ‘Family Photo’ when possible. The Marathon Maniac and Half Fanatic running family—spotted at races nationwide—grabbed a few quick group shots ahead of the Marine Corps Marathon in Arlington, VA on October 26, 2025.

Frank Lombardo(MM16192) – My 7th Marine Corps Marathon and marathon #28 is in the books

Gregory Rouson(HF8068, MM12723, DA2354)- Lifetime marathon #28 and Marine Corps Marathon #9…DONE!!! The only goal I set for myself this morning was to finish in less time than I did in Sydney last month. Well, I did that and then some…by 34 minutes. I like the earlier start and easier finisher village layout. I felt like I was in-and-out much quicker this year. I hope they keep these changes in place next year when the crowds are smaller again. 😎🏃🏿♂️ #HF8068 #MM12723 #DA2354 #100halfmarathonsclub #GoBlue #ForTheFallen #purposefulsteps #wearblueruntoremember #runwiththemarines #MissionAccomplished #Roustance

Eric Tunquist(MM16044) – Vibrant Venice, Italy for Marathon #107!

Before hitting the starting line, we always try to snap a ‘Family Photo’ when possible. The Marathon Maniac and Half Fanatic running family—spotted at races nationwide—grabbed a few quick group shots ahead of the Columbia Gorge Half in Hood River, Oregon on October 20, 2025.

Team link for Marathon Maniacs and Half Fanatics to sign up for Revel Big Cottonwood (September 12, 2026), though I’d wait until the official announcement comes from Revel as that is usually accompanied by an early-registration promo code: [https://www.runrevel.com/bcm/register?team=1496449]

Summer Carter(MM14043) – Medal Monday! KC + Des Moines to complete the I-35 Challenge. Marathons #37-38 and 29-30th states. KC’s humidity zapped me early on (4:38:59) but Des Moines was PERFECT running weather (4:11:55. ). SO HAPPY!!!! 😄

Julia K Garling (MM3960, DA2566, HF15262) – medalmonday
Champlain Island Marathon in South Hero VT was a hidden gem.
It was a gorgeous day for a race, albeit a bit too windy for comfort at times, but the colors were extraordinary and made up for all that headwind coming up the big hills. The elevation gain was 1190, which is flat for VT, a stark difference from flat and windless CHICAGO marathon last week.
It was a wonderful bonus to see friends; being a Marathon Maniac is a sure-fire way to see friends, even at a small venue. Both Shane and I placed in our AGs and we truly enjoyed the small but mighty race.
Keep your dreams alive my friends. Understand that to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe!
18th marathon of the year, check
state 49 for round IV, check
running the same pace I did in flat and windless chicago last week, priceless

Vicky Tiburzi Bowman(MM16252) – I-35 Challenge. Saturday: KC, Missouri Marathon. Sunday: Des Moines, Iowa Marathon. Epic weekend with 50 staters and maniacs.

Stefanie McKinney-Holliday (MM14386, HF17442, DA3313)- Pretty convinced I have a favorite today-as tough as the weather was -love the 1800’ elevation gains being from Breckenridge, CO. Columbia Gorge Marathon, Hood River, Oregon.
I ran the marathon, and my 29YO Half Fanatic son ran another half-marathon. Always amazing to be together on these. This was my 3rd marathon in 3 states in 15 days. (Not 3rd lifetime marathon, lol)
This was my best time of the three marathons, three states, 15 days (Twin Cities Marathon, Breckenridge Marathon and today), yet a lot of climb-I think I’m used to it where I’m from. I beat last weekend by 27 minutes!
The colors, the rainbows, the views…I couldn’t recommend a race more!
Was so happy to see Monty (fellow Maniac) along the course!
So much fun and challenge, but most of all, my son at my finish line and doing amazing on his half!! 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♂️⛰️🌈🍁

Amy Lynn (MM9429) – Des Moines marathon today! First time doing marathons 7 days apart it was tough but not as tough as I thought it would be. I did manage faster this week than last week at Chicago. Now 13 days before the next one. Maybe my next challenge can be back to back days!

Marathon Maniacs and Half Fanatics at the Detroit Free Press Marathon

John Shangin(MM15948) – I had a great time running along the Atlantic Ocean on the boardwalk in Atlantic city this morning. Stuck with the 3:55 pacer for the first 8 miles. I set a PR for the half marathon in 1:39:21. The wind kicked up and it got really warm. I knew It was best just to enjoy the run while focusing on finishing and I did. State number 23-New Jersey is completed ✅
Next up : Louisville Marathon in 2 weeks👍️
Marathon #29
U.S. state #23
Finish Time: 4:26:58

Edward W Broadnax Jr.(MM5391, DA908, HF9253) – Well not to shabby! Completed my hometown Marathon, The Columbus Marathon today. Wendy and not to cold but very rainy. I just were happy to finish. Manics I see y’all all over place, that truly warms my heart.

Devesh Khatu(MM10488) – 11th Chicago Marathon, 24th World Marathon Major, and 157th marathon! After a solid first half, had a disappointing second half… but still narrowly managed a 2 year, 20 marathon best time. Was also my 50th consecutive sub-5 marathon dating back to 2019, longest such streak since I started marathoning (although I expect it to be broken next week in Tahoe). Loved the (lots of) anti-ICE posters along the course (though ICE was nowhere to be seen, thankfully!) #chicagomarathon #chicagomarathon2025 #wmmajors

Jodi Gibson Moore(MM12047, DA2110, HF13699) – MedalMonday
Prairie Fire Marathon, Wichita, KS
Marathon #68, state #17
Been a while since I ran marathons on consecutive weekends, and it got pretty warm in the second half, but it was a great race. Finished in 3:48:36 and got a baseball for an age group award.

Karin Evans(MM7466) – Finished marathon #110 yesterday…Bank of America Chicago Marathon 🏅

Samuel Z. Lafaye(MM14775, DA3342, HF15562) – Completed my 2nd Chicago Marathon.

Randell Hansen(MM8508, DA2931, HF16161) – MM #8508/ DA#2931: Finished my 59th full marathon, which my Garmin actually measured at 26.8 miles, in 3:17:48. The Mohawk Hudson River Marathon was a nice race with plenty of aid stations with good volunteers, and a course that was mostly flat but had some hills. There were also nice views of the Mohawk and Hudson Rivers and the fall foliage. Race temps were perfect and we had scattered clouds as well. I❤️NY

Lorinda Hagstrom(MM3865, DA1981, HF13328) – A great weekend in the other Washington that included finishing the 50th anniversary of the Marine Corps Marathon! Beautiful sites and weather, great food, and wonderful friends! We took so many steps before, during, and after but it’s always worth it.
This was my first official run in my new age group, and, well, there’s plenty of room for improvement, lol! We ran and walked, then walked more, both not feeling ready for 2 full weekends in a row after our hammie/SIJ issues. Will see how NYC goes next weekend!

Pelicano Monte Pascual(MM438, DA32, HF99) – DOUBLE #106 (On and Off Pouring Rain)
- Day-1 Saturday: Autumn Leaves 50K. Completed my 9th (6-50Ks and 3-50 milers). My #84 in Oregon and my 238 Ultras. Held at Champoeg State Park with 6.25 mile loop course.
- Day-2 Sunday: Fall Freakin Fun Run Marathon. Completed my total #888 lifetime (650 marathons and 238 Ultras). BOOM! 🎉🎉🎉

Jun Ulama(MM12617) – What an awesome race! Great support, fantastic crowd, perfect weather, and seeing so many running friends on the course was the icing on the cake!
4th year in a row finishing it and 5th total MCM (2016, 2022-2025) in the books! I had another blast of a run and will hopefully do this again next year!😎🫡
