Despite being in a small town, the marathon offered a positive atmosphere and scenic countryside running with minimal traffic. Pandian, now at 67, celebrated completing over 1,000 marathons.

Mississippi River Marathon Recap– New Finish, Vintage Carousel & Delta Delights!

This local race features a full marathon starting in Arkansas and a half marathon across the bridge, both finishing in Greenville. This year, the finish line was moved to the E.E. Bass Cultural Arts Center due to changes in the course configuration. Clark enjoyed the new location, which allowed for socializing and a unique ride on a historic Merry-Go-Round. The event featured food and camaraderie with fellow runners, marking her 383rd half marathon.
