Palm Desert Half #216: Perfect Day, Great Company, Consecutive Bibs!
Lea Reyes completed her 216th half marathon in Palm Desert, a race she had never participated in before, encouraged by Karen A Flynn. The event was affordable and provided a nice getaway. After driving in the previous night, Lea enjoyed perfect running weather and a wide course that minimized contact with other runners. She ran with Karen almost the entire time, except for brief stops. The race concluded with cheers from the crowd. Next, she plans to participate in the Yeti marathon in Springfield, MO.

Benalmadena Blitz: 10 Marathons, 10 Days, One Goal
Sivabalan Pandian completed an impressive feat of running 10 full marathons in 10 consecutive days from May 23 to June 1, 2025, in Benalmádena, Spain. Despite a prior injury, he maintained consistent finish times and enjoyed the experience with fellow runners, achieving a total of 915 marathons completed.
Racing Toward 1,000 Marathons: 116.54 KM Victory at Tuffman’s 24-Hour Chandigarh Run
Sivabalan Pandian recently completed his third 24-hour stadium run organized by Tuffman in Chandigarh, achieving a personal best of 116.54 km. At age 66, he surpassed his previous distances from 2021 and 2024. He is now close to his goal of completing 1000 full and ultra marathons, having reached 885.
