Crushing Louisiana’s Loup Garou: First Female for State #50

Sloan’s Mississippi Half Milestone

Sloan Dinkelkamp Taylor completed her 125th half marathon during the Mississippi Gulf Coast Marathon weekend. The race conditions started at 61 degrees with strong winds of 15-18 mph, which increased to gusts of 20-30 mph as the temperature dropped towards the finish.

Inaugural Phoenix Marathon Recap

Stefanie Holliday, identified by her codes MM14386, DA3313, and HF17442, completed the inaugural Phoenix Marathon. She enjoyed the experience of racing alongside fellow participants, particularly sharing a mile with Keenan. However, the heat was challenging for her, given her acclimatization to cold weather in Breckenridge, Colorado. India’s New Full: Pune Marathon

Devesh Khatu participated in the Bajaj Pune Marathon held on December 14 at Pune University, marking the first year the event included a full marathon. Despite a somewhat monotonous course consisting of out-and-back loops on a closed busy road, the organization was commendable. Approximately 15,000 runners took part in various categories, from 5K to the full marathon. This event marked Khatu’s 162nd marathon overall and his 11th in 2025.

Running Milestones Achieved at 4 Corners

At the Four Corners Quad Keyah Marathon/Half Marathon in early December, Liz Gmerek achieved her 101st marathon of the year. Pelicano Monte Pascual celebrated his 900th full marathon, while Kevin Brosi completed his 105th marathon of 2025, and Victoria Carroll marked her 100th half marathon of the year. These accomplishments highlight their dedication and performance in long-distance running.

Medal Magic in Cocoa: Huge Wins and Heartfelt Pushes at Space Coast Race

Kim and Woody Michaux participated in the Space Coast Marathon & Half Marathon in Cocoa, Florida. They enjoyed the race, highlighting its flat course and the large medal received at the finish.
