Robert Manon participated in the Tron Run Half Marathon in Canoga Park, organized by Jed and Ted’s Excellent Races. Despite being delayed by traffic, he enjoyed the race, which featured a fun themed course. This event marked his 644th half marathon, and he opted to skip another race in San Diego.

Natalie Uyeno completed her third lifetime ultramarathon, a challenging 32.5 miles at the Silver Moon race, despite undergoing chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer. Struggling with blisters and physical pain, she persevered, finishing just under the time limit. Grateful for support from friends and prayers, she celebrated her achievement with tears of joy.

The Hell of a Half marathon in Exeter, CA, on 8/7/21 was challenging due to heat and hills. The race featured excellent course support with multiple aid stations, but blisters forced a slow finish. Despite the difficulties, camaraderie, post-race festivities, and overall experience made it worthwhile. Medal and swag were highlights.
