Tough Ruck 26.2 Boston: Honoring the Fallen

Brian Johnson participated in the Tough Ruck event on April 20, 2025, honoring fallen service members from his National Guard unit. After a long drive from Columbus to Boston, he completed the 26.2-mile course while carrying names of the deceased. Despite the pain, he expressed a desire to participate again for the cause.

Gregory Rouson celebrates completing his 26th lifetime marathon and finishing the Boston Marathon, marking his achievement in the Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star Medal Challenge. He describes the Boston course as the toughest of all majors, appreciating the immense crowd support. Despite a long journey, he finds it rewarding.

Gregory Rouson serves as the regional ambassador for the Washington DC Metro Area. He began running marathons in 2013, initially intending only to race half marathons. Rouson completed the 50 States Half Marathon Challenge by 2021 and aims to achieve his final Abbott World Marathon Majors star at the Boston Marathon.
