One of the premier club events is the Route 66 Marathon/Half Marathon in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is the home to Maniac Corner.
On November 20, 2022, the Marathon Maniacs/Half Fanatics met at Maniac Corner before the 2022 Route 66 Marathon/Half Marathon to do a family photo.
