Pacing in Atlantic City

Marathon 275 is done & dusted
NJ round IV check
Atlantic City marathon is not an easy race, while it’s a flat course, it’s one of the windiest course I’ve run. The pacing stick is crazy hard to hold for 5 hours straight in that kind of wind. But like I told my group, we are stronger then the wind, our sheer will and iron grit will keep us moving frwd one mile at a time!
Pacing the 5 hour group had its rewards , I was able to help a bunch of first timers & several runners PR’d as well and I am grateful to have helped 🙏 this is why we pace, we are there to help!
I love seeing friends crushing it every weekend🏃🏽‍♀️
