North Carolina Triumph: Oak Island Half (West Route)
Tina Torun completed the Oak Island Half Marathon, her 81st half and 35th state, enjoying the coastal race’s scenic flat route and a supportive atmosphere. Despite challenging weather, she achieved her goal time of under 3:30 minutes, met fellow runners, and celebrated at the post-race festivities.

Despite rain during the race, the organizers kept participants informed and provided ample support.
