Donuts, Trolls, and State 49 at the Boring Marathon

Debby Cannon(MM15148) – Boring Marathon #238 state #49. After a flight delay and not getting to my hotel until after 1 am- I didn’t set an alarm and missed the early start for this race. I did make it on time but pretty much everyone I knew had taken the early start. It was an out and back course x2 for the marathon. I wasn’t able to run with anyone but I did get to pass them on the trail a few times and it brightened my day! Avoided stepping on slugs, looking out for trolls u see the bridge, and loved the aid stations complete with donuts, goldfish, candy and more. Great little race! Loved seeing Tom Jim and Bettie, Pelicano Monte Pascual and Kendra and Steve Davis. I love how I can show up to a race in any state and I have and instant set of friends from all over the country.
