Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend 36.1 km Challenge (5K, 10k and Half Marathon).
Gotta tell ya, FB Fam: This was the TOUGEST running challenge I have ever done. The 5K started at 4pm in the middle of the Ottawa heat on Saturday afternoon followed by the 10K 2.5 hours later.
