Rock ‘n’ Roll Washington Half Marathon

From Bellevue, Washington I have finished my 73rd Half Marathon in my 23rd State today 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 the hills were brutal but the scenery was beautiful. I haven’t participated in a RockNRoll race in several years but I must say they never fail you with the bands at every mile marker, there were tones of black berry bushes on about half of the course so I was enjoying the free fresh fruit, some of the volunteers even shared the snacks with me when I got hungry. In a wood area of the race we found and even got to take a picture with Sasquatch 😂. Then off to the hotel to soak my feet and legs in the heated pool. Tarah McLaughlin did an outstanding job taking on all those hills 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
The people here in Bellevue are some of the nicest people you could meet and there is every kind of food in the 🌎 here. If I lived here I’d have to run daily just to be able to try all of it.
