Rock ‘n’ Roll Clearwater

Tiffany Kehoe – (HF18768) – RnR Clearwater:
I have done a few of the RnR series and have always found them to be ok. This one was definitely my favorite so far!
I loved this course. It had a few bridges that did offer some incline, but overall the course was flat. It was a really beautiful course. If you like water views, this is a MUST for you. The entire race is surrounded by water and was extremely scenic. The race flew by!
There were sufficient water/hydration stations that offered both water and Gatorade. They also gave out fuels halfway through the race. The volunteers were extremely friendly and the vibe of the race was really encouraging.
Big shout out to the Clearwater police who were very helpful. I always appreciate when those managing the traffic do a really good job. The race felt safe. The police were also supportive to runners and interactive during the race. The neighbors came out and cheered. The crowd support was great. I really enjoyed the mile markers and arrows on the course. They were very visible.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend this race. It has a four hour time limit that is specific to the runner, not the clock. It was absolutely back of the pack friendly, well managed, the expo was nice, the post race was also really good. Definitely consider this one!
