Heidi Hammond (HF18098) – The towpath trail half in Grand Rapids, Ohio was Sunday and offered another cool day with a tree covered out and back trail along a historic canal. Flat with crushed stone made for smooth sailing…I finished with 2:11:01 and Grand Master Female which awarded a nice fold up picnic blanket and a gift card to second sole.
