Amy Seagroves (MM15648, DA3652, HF18410) – Half #80 repeat state Flower City Half in Rochester, NY. This is probably my favorite half in Rochester. It is a really cool course through downtown and many historical areas including running through Mount Hope Cemetery where Frederick Douglass and Susan B. Anthony are buried. The only downside is there is a huge hill in the middle of the race. Production is really great for the race too. This is a great choice for NY if you prefer an urban race in a smaller city.
