State #13 half#19#medalmonday Finally got state #13 at the half marathon at the Baltimore Running Festival on Saturday. A rough race for me with a lack of training lately and those hills… But a great event overall and I got to meet my 1 month-old nice at mile 10! Gotta love the crab medal too!!! Nice post race event with 2 free drinks, they were much appreciated 😉

Medal Monday….saw a few maniacs out in Morehead, KY yesterday, #152 lifetime marathon. The switch from road runner to trail runner was forced on me but I am loving these small trail events.
Next up…Ultra Bird in West Olive, MI.
