Shout out to Run Amok Racing for doing an outstanding job with Yukon Do It! Summer Edition Half. Smaller race, but with all the organization and perks of much larger races. Swag was great, finisher medal was beautiful, and post race food was fantastic! Course was well marked, safe and absolutely beautiful along the shoreline between Port Orchard and Bainbridge Island. Well supported and the race director was great – she actually walked around with a sign at the start saying she was there to answer questions. And if you’re looking for a half with a generous time limit, this is your half. RD said they are there until the last person finishes, period. There is also a winter edition of the same race for anyone that missed the summer one. Very nicely done!
