State #50! It only took me 25 years to complete this journey. It was my plan to finish #50 at Flying Pig in Cincinnati, but the race got cancelled. I’m so glad I got to finish with the Heartland Series in Ohio. Mainly Marathons does such a great job honoring their runners with their medals. And what a pleasure running with so many familiar faces. I’m especially grateful that I had my daughter, Alisa, to pace me. Whoever would have guessed that I would finish in the small town of Hicksville, Ohio!
