Grinding to Marathon #99 at SoCal River Marathon

Gysel Parajon reflects on his recent race, marking his 99th marathon, an experience colored by logistical challenges and warm weather. Originally planning to taper with another trail race, he adjusted his plans to spend quality time with his son, who joined him on a recovery run. Despite difficulties on the course, including heat and hydration issues, he completed the marathon and expressed gratitude for the support from volunteers, family, and fellow runners.
