20th Anniversary of The Extra Terrestrial Full Moon Marathon #123; new state #43 for round 2. Race started at Midnight in Rachel, NV ELEV 4970, perfect start temperature for me at 85 degrees and dropping down to 65 by end. Unlike 118 in Las Vegas that was perfect for ET.

Many thanks to Lora Eklund who tried to get me going first few miles and succeed by Mile 14ish, who also is no stranger to Mile 23 antics. Nice to meet 50 stater/Maniac Dan Ruiz.
Race Director Joyce Forier once again has a great race with such a cheerful and energetic volunteer team who also worked midnight to 8am !!! Running in the dark and after midnight was certainly a NEW experience!!!
